Ever since I got the new Macbook, I been pretty productive with it. I have to say this is a better experience than that crappy iMac I had at work a while back. The Intel Macs makes me enjoy OSX much more.
Since I go out to do work, I know take my Macbook to places and some of those places do not have Wi-Fi. I am a web designer so I need a server to test my PHP/MySQL and with no internet connection to a live server, it is hard to do so. I then came across MAMP.
MAMP is a application that creates a MySQL and Apache server right on your Mac so instead of testing your site online, you can do it directly on your Mac! The setup is super easy! Really good for you Wordpress developers!

Google Analytics is one fine web application. I remember the days of just having those hit counters show how many visitors came to your site; my, how we have advanced!
So, I see that you people are coming to my site but not saying hello! Say hello dammit!
No but really, its pretty cool to see a diversity in visits. My site has been up for about 2 weeks now and I got people from all over the world visiting! Most of you are all fellow wordpress users too!
Here is a breakdown of countries that people visited from in the past two weeks:
United States
United Kingdom
Canada
Ireland
India
Turkey
Australia
Japan
Norway
Netherlands
South Korea
Malaysia
Sweden
Italy
Brazil
German
Chile
Pakistan
Denmark
Mexico
Slovenia
Singapore
Finland
Poland
Thailand
Israel
Belgium
South Africa
I am surprised that no one from the Philippines visited yet since I am Filipino!
Now locally, I want to know who is visiting me from Hickam AFB and Honolulu since those are the two biggest amount of hits from Hawaii.
I know my blog entries are kind of lame but I am trying, I am working a just a bit too hard at the moment, I will start bring my digital camera around with me and take some pictures! Hopefully the next few blog entries will show the people of the world some imagery on my side of the island. I will also fix the IE6 problem I am having with the CSS. But most likely if you are reading this, the site should be showing up fine.
